When we are affected by Anxiety we are often on edge, we escalate things excessively, we react instead of respond, we may be jumpy, agitated, short and irritated by others. Anxiety can then affect all those around us, those closest to us. How can we expect them to understand what we are feeling and how can we stop reacting to things so much to cause arguments when all we want is freedom and relief from this awful overwhelming feeling we call anxiety?
Anxiety is an abnormal and overwhelming sense of apprehension and fear often marked by physiological signs of sweating, tension and rapid pulse. It creates increases our self-doubt about our capacity to cope with just about everything.
Anxiety can debilitate us, affect our work, impede with family and hurt our partner relationship. So many people are experiencing this terrible issue.
Anxiety is a part of life, something that happens to most everyone at some time during their week or life. The problem is we get diagnosed as suffering anxiety, label ourselves then identify our self as an anxiety sufferer or suffering anxiety. The thing is anxiety is not with you all the time; it can, however, affect you too often, therefore, hindering your life.
Anxiety is certainly something that can be quickly alleviated and reduced using Hypnotherapy techniques. Therapists have been using hypnotherapy for years to reduce a person’s anxiety and allow them to move forward in life more equipped and more confidently. One of the first things we need to do is to drop the label we define ourselves by – suffering anxiety.
Did you know that children feel anxiety every time they challenge themselves to do something new, like ride a bike, tie a shoe lace, even start to walk? Adults experience anxiety when meeting the attractive person they really want to meet and get to know, meeting the future in-laws, a job interview, an exam, learning to drive, and the list continues. A feeling of anxiety is normal and experienced all the time. It does not mean we are an anxious person; it just means we experience anxiety from time to time, as we are designed to do.
It only becomes a problem with anxiety feelings run together and our self-doubt to escape this feeling overwhelms us. And this is happening more and more to far too many people.
What then can you do about this feeling of anxiety? I have designed my Psychotherapy reduce anxiety session to address the fears and confusion people have and to advise ways to reduce that overwhelming feeling and panic many people suffer. Then you are taken on a relaxed, calm journey, to quiet your mind and body as you sit comfortably and listen to my voice.
Most people tell me after the session they feel lighter, that overwhelming feeling is lifted. I also provide a conscious response you can use to activate that feeling of calm relaxation immediately to prevent any future escalation.
We can reduce that anxious feeling we become more relaxed, slower in mind and thoughts, less conflictual and negative which our family, work colleagues and partner appreciate immensely.
The pressure on colleagues and family members is immense when you are with a person experiencing overwhelming anxiety. When that person makes a conscious, proactive step to alleviate the symptoms and regain their control, relaxation and mind balance naturally, without drugs and prescription medication, it is paradise.
Communication can recommence openly and pleasant, a discussion can be held in a friendly, less defensive manner and the person who was demonstrating such anxiety can now model more control, happiness and relaxation.
I urge anyone who is suffering or know anyone suffering from the symptom of anxiety to get your Reduce Anxiety session today. It will help, and they will have the session forever so if any time in future anything comes up to cause increased anxiety, all they need to do is listen quietly again to stop, relax and regain control.
